Nothing, when I got home tonight it wasn't working...it was perfectly fine when I left at lunchtime. I've restarted the sky box and it's now working in a fashion. Voice control is not responding, I'll ring Sky tomorrow

I dunno Ros, if I can't get it to work properly, they will send a new one out. After trying new batteries, parring it to the box again and still nothing. I switched the sky box off and rebooted, and now it's partly working... by this time it was 8.45, and I was stating to panic

It wasn't connected to bluetooth properly, I pressed 1 and 3 together, then didn't go through the full remote setup and clicked back...hey presto, voice control came back on

Sounds very complicated ….mine is the old type …not sound activated

I googled the instructions and it wasn't complicated. I use voice control all the time
