We got the train from Lille to Nice….200 mph to Marseilles then it seemed to crawl up the coast, even though it was doing a normal speed🤣🤣🤣🤣

True…..although the line we use has changed hands and the carriages are very nice…..when the beggars aren’t on strike🤣

agree went to chester on the train saturday -it was like a cattle truck-no room to move at all in every space

The inter cities and commuter trains are very good….a train goes through our station into London every 10-15 mins normally

ours have two carriages to Holyhead the main port ,so consequently they are like cattle trucks -glad  it  was only two stations to Chester for me
