I don't know how to talk her through it, because mine worked. I have just been on the forum and found what I think is a solution, I haven't done it though Baz so I can't explain it to her

oh, by the way..when Ros does get sorted , I have seen all the Hometown shows, I have watched them all on HGTV and My Lottery Dream home, I have watched them on HGTV and I'm up-to-date on both.
