aww think good neighbours are worth a lot - mine are ok - having new ones on one side - the other side are fine - we are there if we need house watching etc - felt sorry for them last week - grandchildren came to visit and were playing on the decking - bit noisy but so what - a neighbour 3 down from us but looks on their garden complained to the police about the noise they were making - no grandchildren today - it is truly dreadful - they did the same last summer - nasty gits

OH and I are fuming about it - it was their other grandchildren last year - one daughter has 4 boys and the other daughter twins boy and girl - - it is at the bottom of the garden - they have a lovely garden but kids need to play - they said it was too late to make a noise - it was 7.30 pm on a summers night
