I've never known grout to stain tiles, I'm guessing the tiles are cheap porous ones

blomey that much to live in spain in retirement --with a state pension alone  I would think you would have to have a private pension of at least £1200 a month to reach that or work

You have to be able to pay your taxes, medical insurance etc. It was a stupid bloody idea, and now everyone is effing suffering

It’s now 27k for a single person , plus another  nearly 7k for each dependant adult
