I hate handing 'bad' files in Baz, and because Mark and Jo aren't here for one reason or another...and the other offices don't work the same as we do (We have standards in our office) I find myself having to vet every file

Tutors are supposed to be working the same way, but they don't. Other offices work differently which results in bad files, which reflects badly on our office

what we done 

She spends her time between three offices and has had us all in a meeting but the message hasn't got through. They honestly don't think anything's wrong and still keep going on their old ways  

She's taken on more work (for another contract) and has delegated our stuff to 'go to' peeps in the offices so......make of that what you will 

still, its more work for you that the manager should be sorting and it will reflect badly on the manager and not the staff if that is how she works...me, I would let her get on with it.  and with only a few months of your contract left I would be spending more time in their time looking on line for jobs  

I've even had one tutor in the last few days say to me that admin in another office say that 'another tutor' can do no wrong. Oh yes she can! 

like I said ..use their time for looking for another job...end of the day whatever you do they will say ta ra in a heartbeat.... sadly 

Oh, believe me I have been looking, but my thinking is, while I'm still there, I still have a job to do
