The thing is, that I doubt that I would pass my NQT year in that particular school. One thing that always sticks in my mind from my UNI induction week is a union reps talk -  where he advised us not to take the first thing that's offered, but to find the right school for us.

Tired!  Having to look after files that I shouldn't be having to  and I've got two more weeks of it
