Should I request my dads medical records, when he died the specialist told us he had Hepatitis C, due to contaminated blood transfusions in the 80's after his road accident. This could have caused the cancer in the Gall duct, I want no money from his death...but' maybe for the grandchildren, Is it worth a shot?

I wouldn't have bothered for myself, I want nothing..I do think my dad would want me to do it for the grandchildren. I know it's going to cost for the records, but if it's in there then I could go for a no claim no fee firm

I think they looked older than they are, the mother was 41 in 1980...that makes the siblings younger than me on average. Say she had the oldest at 18..it's still only making him 65 and the rest younger
