See she loved the second one but he’s it knocked on the head, and persuaded her to choose the first one ….I’m sorry , but I really do think he’s horrible!

I think they need to make a living, plus the cost of the conversion would have been massively over their budget. The first property was ready to go, so the head over heart rule must apply when you need the income.
