had to Ros, at least give up most carbs because of the diagnosis, I don't eat cakes, biscuits or sugar Pasta, potatoes and white bread, oh, and I only have 1 bottle of wine a week, ironically that's fine to drink ..... it's the bloody carbs it contains

loads of veg, protein, brown rice and rice pasta, wholemeal bread, I also like salads I have to have some potato, but it's limited
