I don't take tablets Ros, trying to control it with low carbs, if it's not right by October I will have to have medication

silly, it's not terrifying and much worse if you don't go...please make an appointment, I never realised I had it, it's surprising how things have become better changing my diet...I wouldn't care, I don't eat biscuits, cake or take bloody sugar
