I have no doubt, I always found it odd that Henry announced the boy's deaths a year after Richard had died. Plus, I don't think he ever accused Richard of the boy's murders.

Some reckon that Edward died of natural causes and his brother was sent to France…..after all Richard had had them declared bastards so there was no point in him killing them teally
