yes they should have because those chalets are very expensive, especially in school summer hols.

It was an apartment Ros….in a converted chapel inside the walls, close to the ruins,river and town centre

yes they need later check ins for some places by the sound of it.

maybe the chalets are new there, so they haven't come across it before?

yes toilet flushing so important for hygiene, especailly as there are probably 4 people staying in those chalets at least.
