I remember when the bus that I came home from school on had to stop running about a mile from my house cos it couldnât see to go any further âĶand we had to walk the rest of the way . It was awful , you couldnât walk in a straight line cos you literally couldnât see more that a couple of feet ahead of you âĶso one minute you were on the pavement , the next minute you were in the middle of the road !

Yes âĶ.but this was in Surrey âĶ.trouble was the coal pollution etc âĶused to play havoc with peoples health âĶ.I think thatâs why they instigated the clean air act âĶ
