day was ok thanks...even though I was up at quarter to six 
I had washing done and showered by 8 and clothes hanging out then I did a quick flick over the house this afternoon even though it had a good going over in the last couple of days, I'll collapse about ten thirty How was your day?

I've just pj's on and vest top...pretty warm in here and heating's on low and its not clicking on

google and weigh it I don't like salmon so i wouldn't know..if it was cod I'd probably give it 30 mins
