peter's busiest time is holidays...no way can he get a full week off and December that are allowed none

officially not allowed but some do go - think England is stricter than wales on that one TBH

TBH its a pain - holidays go up so much in school hols and no alternative for teachers - it annoys us all - the only good thing is that England and wales sometimes finish at different times - so get the odd cheapy
