Called JL again to see if it was the TV and don't want to mess them around but it hasn't gone off tonight, although it did through the day   Phone's off now though   I'm fed up with the lot of it

Checked with neighbours and theirs is off too so that kinda made me feel a bit better. Hopefully it'll be fixed by morning
