No, it's my legs/knees, although my shoulder's still giving twinges. My right knee is worse than the left one.

 

I get comfortable in one position then have to move after a while and this is what makes the pain worse

It hasn't up to now, but I've only had one cos they're double strength. I normally have something to eat when I take them anyway 

Oh ok .....and yes , personally I always think eating with tablets ( unless instructions say not too) is always advisable

just like that...have they not bothered you before?..doesn't sound like arthritis if it just came on like that  you may have some sort of infection or reaction Pam

I honestly don't know how it's happened. The only thing I can think of is I bent down a bit heavy on my knees at work last week but.....

I think you need it checked Pam...and I'm not going on  Just arthritis is gradual normally and if this started all of a sudden
