I wouldn't like either, to be honest. I have never been one for sitting in anyone's house, but I would like to think I could walk to the shop, or walk to have lunch.

Only one bedroom….they can’t have many friends

tbh as well I like some neighbours near by  not to talk to  but just near and  a shop you can walk to or not far by car
