I've been to the south and to the north, around Snowdonia and nowhere else is Wales. My knowledge of the geography of Wales isn't great

I’ve never been to South Wales â€Ķ.but spent lots of time up in north Wales when I was a kid â€Ķ.and stayed with my Nanna â€Ķ..strange that I’ve ended up in this neck of the woods â€Ķ..my mum and dad moved south â€Ķ.and now I’ve moved to within 30 miles of their home

I have driven the full length of it, but very limited to the places I've been.

know around here and holidayed in all parts of wales but tbh there are parts I haven't been i,e Barry Island

To be honest Ros, Tenby really put me off visiting Wales, it was at the time when they didn't like the English buying second homes, they were very unwelcoming When I went to Llandudno with Dolly the locals were extremely pleasant and welcoming.

yes the very welshness of some parts is off putting - when England and Wales were part of competitions ie world cup - I was teaching and supporting England I had to keep quiet  when they played each other because we watched it in school and danced on my own in a corridor when they won - its tons better now for me

I was quite surprised, somewhere like Tenby depends on tourism...don't bite the hand
