I'm getting there Ros thanks...but a cold takes two weeks to go so... a few more days of coughing and spluttering, but at least I can talk now and my throats loads better

7,5 thousand claimed in Cumbria 2011-12... 140 thousand claimed in Cumbria 2012-13 I'm disgusted that this is what our country is allowing  1.5 million on zero contract hours...work one day none the next and can't claim..so no, the dole queue are not coming down we now officailly have slave labour.

Tis, I've never known it this bad, or is it because its being highlighted more 

not sure - i think the Salvation Army have always done it - i know someone who volunteers but they are mainly peeps who live on the street - this seems to have taken  a new dimension

That's what annoys me.....government say the unemployed figure is coming down....seasonal work and zero hour contracts!

posted the figures out yesterday for Cumbria up above ^^^^^ its not been as bad because people with nothing have never had to live on a pittance since the 50's
