Mine's not bad as such, just noisy at the wrong times

So was I til we first moved up here .....turns our neighbour didn’t like southerners ....we put up with it for a couple of years , but then we just upped and moved  .....30 years ago .....no trouble since ....and none in the preceding 20 years

no  agree  bazzy but you do have  more rights and they do check regularly + do in depth checks   - so more legal help -

no but you have more comebacks and more thorough checks - and more legal help if stuff goes wrong - other peeps are responsible - OH's place do rentals  for people
