no, lack of mental health beds due to cuts...I knew Cumbria was bad but it seems the same all over.

But is that because it's a big city though?

you must be lucky Baz, there's been massive cuts to the mental health budget and beds lost all over the Country. Mental health funding is now less than what it was six years ago and more people suffering from depression and anxiety 

I think the health  service in my area is actually very good , given the constraints ....and our hospital comes out well in many of the key league tables

So you're one of the lucky ones then, just think about those who aren't so lucky

I honestly wish ours was better though, it's horrendous to be honest  

Ours isn't good, and I've got Newcastle not far from me. You haven't got a big city that close to be fair

I can only speak as I find  And I’ve probably had more to do with it over the last year than at any other time in my life ....

there's nothing...suicides week in and week out here sadly, I know of 4 in the last three weeks...the latest one being Nicola and I still can't believe she's taken her own life...Leanne phoned earlier and she's so upset
