they used torpedo bomb types on pearl harbour, completely different bomb than the bouncing bomb. It didn't matter about the depth of the bouncing bomb it was designed to bounce low over the water and hit the dam walls . They also needed proper bombers and skimmed low before they dropped them, they wouldn't have been able to use them...

Yes , that was always on while we had Sunday dinner ....Two Way Family Favourites ....then either Billy Cotton Bandshow , or the comedy slot  

Who were the two that were the Krankies of their time....that seems to stick in my mind
