a noise and it was loud enough for me to hear in the bedroom...I've checked every room and I think I hadn't clicked the bathroom cabinet properly and it sprung open ...scared me half to death

they used torpedo bomb types on pearl harbour, completely different bomb than the bouncing bomb. It didn't matter about the depth of the bouncing bomb it was designed to bounce low over the water and hit the dam walls . They also needed proper bombers and skimmed low before they dropped them, they wouldn't have been able to use them...
