Well I'm nodding off here ....so I'm afraid it's been a very long day Goodnight , sleep tight and I hope you all have a good day tomorrow Sprout, Moonie and KimOta  

I never get a runny nose with hayfever, just an blocked and itchy one. I also had a bit of a  headache this morning and feel generally under-the-weather, so it is mostly the cold symptoms I'm dealing with.

My day was fine, I had organised it down to the last second... the kids went home showered and fed at 7  How was your day? 

Well done My day was a bit busy , cos I had to go do the town stuff etc. today , as Mr B won't be here tomorrow . Had a bit of a funny turn down town though

I'm watching a prog about supermarkets with Greg Wallace......supermarkets are watching you so they know exactly what you're looking at so as to up sales 

And the height of the items has to do with it too, also one of the store's people talking to him says the faster we shop, the more we buy  

Was ok, found the clinic ok. (First time I've been there).   

All the mamographer kept saying was......you're very tense...relax. I felt like shouting out loud, you're darn right I'm tense! 

Katie was here all day...I went to pick her up on my way too school....Lyndsey's kitchen looked like downtown Baghdad  Peter said the worktops, sink/hob were back when he got home...doors on tomorrow, skimming Saturday and flooring next week. Its never ending.

I switched it off..one helping of Greg Wallace is enough for one night, its about all I can stomach.
