Yes, Loratadine, but I often forget to take them with me to work. I have them in the work-bag now!

weather seems to be warming up...a bit iffy this week but much milder

showers here Monday and Wednesday...with sunshine in between...looks like the gardens are going to get done whether I like it or not

They take the edge of the symptoms and they don't seem to have side-effects, so I will probably stick with them!

We are supposed to have some decent weather tomorrow too after overnight rain so will probably be back out there again to finish off
