Yes , not bad ....although I’ve found muscles I never knew I had ....but I’m self medicating while they are out How is Katy?

I'm aching too. I went out to clear the hell hole of a garden of weeds but it started raining not long after, so then I ended up braking the struts up of the fence panels that have been in the garage for a while

Katie is much more chilled thanks, just relieved it was nothing she had done  She goes at 2.30 this morning
