I was watching an article on the North East News tonight (can't remember whether Tyne Tees or BBC). a rapist due to be released this week after 20 years in prison and detectives saying he was one of the worst offenders they had seen and was highly dangerous and would do it again......all eyes on the Parole Board then eh?
He was 18 when he was imprisoned....38 now
