That's what I was thinking, and carpets on the floors, so I wouldn't be making noise for those under me

Having said that. I only would want the outside for washing, and as the partition between next door and me at the minute is planks of wood rather than a fence and I can't hang me smalls out now, cos there's gaps, I'm guessing it wouldn't bother me too much

I hang my briefs out and five houses can see them mind I wear high leg briefs so they are not like sails of a ship
