Mind, lack of staff and beds in hospitals ties the ambulances up like nothing else.
You can fully understand why the NHS is in crisis
I'd be no good on those phones...I would be having panic attacks

My mam was always frightened of having to go into hospital cos she thought she'd never come out again. Ultimately that did happen
