Yes ...and  While I was left hanging on the phone I typed a complaint email .....was just about to press send when the guy answered ....so I have saved it to draft , just in case 

I carried on so much in Curry's they gave me a new one free of charge...it was bloody expensive with surround sound and it was scratched all over 

See, I wouldn't go to Currys......I've heard and read so much about their after sales service.  I might go and 'research' stuff, and then go and order from somewhere else

To be fair, they're not the only ones to do that. It's a money making racket. I never pay for extra insurance
