Day was ok thanks, pottered but not as much as I wanted to do...I was shattered and hoping for a good nights sleep tonight because I'm out most of the day and night tomorrow. How are you and Mr Baz?

Awww Not too bad thanks ...just pottered .....sorted out some bureaucracy ....popped to town , and then Mr B did some more work on the cold frame 
Local oncologist appointment is next Tuesday ...
