Like you say , no one can see the difference , but it's very uncomfortable having a strap hanging off your shoulder !!
I can see the difference with my shoulders when I am undressed, but when I have clothes on its not noticeable, The strap is the most irritating thing of all, although I lost some flexibility in my shoulder I adapted to that and now I don't think about it much at all, except when it aches a bit.
my scar tissue is about 2 and half inches long ...diagonally downwards (if that makes sense ) right across where the strap is ! Tis a pain
