I have to admit that I don't usually get up until about 9 -9.30 these days ....

I'm awake from about 5.30/6 in the morning but don't get up till about 7.20.....maybe even later

Yep I'm out of the house at 8.00am at the latest - its usually about 7.50am - then I miss the worse of the traffic

yep...six is an extremely good night... Thursday I had two hours and one night last week I can't remember sleeping apart from nodding off now and again fro a few minutes

nah, I love daylight, I hate dark mornings and dark nights...it really depresses me  I know it sounds silly, but I hate the dark and black faced watches, it scares me and reminds me of death...I know its silly, its a bit of a phobia I have.

nah, I love daylight, I hate dark mornings and dark nights...it really depresses me  I know it sounds silly, but I hate the dark and black faced watches, it scares me and reminds me of death...I know its silly, its a bit of a phobia I have.
