How was Dolly ?

never got to Dolly's to drop her key back off...I stayed at Helen's much longer than expected  I gained a little bit more respect for my son-in-law this afternoon. he finished work in Brighton last night and popped into Wetherspoons to grab a bite to eat before heading for his digs. He met two homeless people on the street and gave them Β£10 each for a warm meal and drink, he said he hadn't the heart to walk by them as it was freezing...good for him

maybe my cold heart is warming to him slightly, he even went out and bought me perfume at Christmas...I think he is trying to mend bridges but it's a slow process with me..once I've been hurt it's difficult for me to forgive  Although I thought is was lovely what he did last night and Helen knew I would appreciate the thought

Yes ... I can take quite a lot from people  , but once I get to the point of no return it takes a lot for me to forget and forgive
