Hi Kimota How are you feeling today ?

Pretty good thanks Baz Went to the docs today, but they hadn't sorted my blood pressure results yet. Discussed my blood work and they wanted me on statins , which I refused. I was only two points over their reading for intervention and my cholesterol ratios (good to bad) had actually improved, even if my total went up. In any case, I'm confident that I can manage it with diet and exercise and the doc agreed with me. The fact that I managed to get them to  up my thyroid medication by %25 will also help.

What have you been up to?

Yeah, go on Zynga's site and see the amount of peeps complaining    And there's other games that belong to them closing down in the next month......that says something I think

I was reading Matching/Hanging/Gems With Friends was closing. WWF is still ok though.......makes me wonder what they are gonna come up with to get you to buy stuff
