Hi Kimota Sounds like you’ve been through it I had that cold virus , it was horrible and still not totally clear ....and I’ve had one of those bp monitors ....so you have my sympathy

Hi Dame Nothing too bad. Cold's on the way out and I should be able to convince the doc to let me try diet and exercise for a while before medication.

Not much, as I'll be working that day. I had an early  birthday dinner with a friend  yesterday and went out with my brother in law on Wednesday night.

I already exercise, but it isn't the ideal type of exercise for BP. I need to do some cardio. i've already started using a rowing machine and crosstrainer this week.

Yes, mine keeps coming and going too....but nothing like it was at first ....it was a right doozy for about 5 days
