A sharp overnight frost here on top of a light sprinkling of snow. The sun was out straight from the off so not bad though we do have a cutting wind and itâs still very cold 
Shopping done so me inside for the rest of the day

I'm fine ta, just had my mate ring from Freemans where he's just had his last treatment...he's had a catalogue of disasters this last week so here's hoping he's on the road to recovery...least I had him laughing How are you feeling now ?

Iâm ok ....just a bit washed out ....but thatâs normal after a virus so .......and ...wait for it .....I slept straight through from 1am til gone 8 this morning
