Oh ok. Is she sure it's not her Virgin again ??

no, cos her wifi is working Baz, so it must be connected to her router.

I guess she would have done things like rebooting her lappy and router??

she's done both Moonie  I think she may have to take her lappy back to factory settings

Ahh right okay Dameee. That will be a pain in the wotsit

A big one ....she will have to reload everything

If she didn't I bet she's wishing she had

What difference will that make Dameee?

you just save everything on your external drive Moonie and if everything crashes you lose nothing...I have all my stuff on an external drive. you just plug it into your usb ports, mines 500 gigabyte and I keep all my important stuff. photo's music, videos on there rather than the computer

that's clever Dameee

I wouldn't have thought

I have an SSD in my new and old lappys. So no mechanical parts to go wrong there at least

I also don't like to clog my computer up with junk Moonie,,,I really don't have a lot on it, everything goes onto the external so the main drive is clutter free

No, cos everything is on ICloud ,..,so , for example , when I got my IPad mini I just * called* everything down and it loaded automatically
