Its cold, wet and windy here. Not a day for going so I ain’t

last time I went they said to wait and see if it wore off which it did, I've only had it about 3 months but getting worse. I'm a bit nervous about my damaged ankle too, it's much worse and I think contributing to my beat heel as the right foot is worse and I am fabouiring that one to try and keep weight off the bad ankle

Ouch  it certainly won’t help , that’s for sure . Maybe a trip to a&e  if you can’t get a doctors appointment ...

we have no walk in centres now Baz, we can only go to A&E with permission of a phone call or ambulance situation. My nearest one would be Whitehaven and I would have to call 111  and I would not be classed as an emergency so wouldn't get an appointment.

Yeah, it's not much better than that here either Baz. They've even merged our and Sunderland's hospital and moved some services up there. It's shit to get to without transport
