we do go walking-we get routes and maps -got a few books with walks in them

buttermere is a nice walk...two lovely pubs there too for a bite of lunch when you're finished.

I love the lakes, it's quiet..but I also like to eat and drink and know there is always help at hand or nearby

they lay an aniseed trail for the dogs to follow ..I once got drunk on Pernod and my ex said we had hound dogs following us home

There's trees in front of it obscuring the view a bit
