Good  Not as good  as yesterday ...but it seems to go like that ..up and down like a rollercoaster

 It’s first thing in the morning that’s worst ...when I wake up ....that awful sick feeling in the pit of my stomach ....mind you it wasn’t helped last night by Mr B ...I hardly slept a wink

it's awful, like a feeling of impending doom and whatever any of us say it won't go away. I know the feeling and it's horrid

Yes, cold snap coming .....and I’ve had to put a lightweight quilt cover on instead of my snuggly one cos Mr B was finding it too warm .....

You need some of those hot pads/hot bags you put in your pocket to keep your hands warm

I have to keep the heating on all night....have done since the pneumonia .... cos Mr B is always off downstairs ....and can’t risk him getting a chill

I’ve still got my teddy bear winter quilt on ....just a more lightweight cover ...

I have a summer quilt and spare if it scold-hate being too hot
