I'll swap you one bad ankle and probably beat heal on the other foot for your sore toes, I'm struggling to walk at the moment  I'm sure I am putting so much weight on my good foot that is causing the problem

Possibly.  Apparently I've got the start of ingrowing toenails according to the wifie that did it. I replied with.....due to leaving it too long between appts

it started a couple of weeks ago Baz and my car crash ankle is getting worse as the years go by and I think I'm trying to keep weight of that foot and my right foot is bearing more...at first I thought it was all in my head with Lynds having it and me boasting mine went on it's own, but now I am sure that's what it is and just hoping it wears off the same as last time. 

I'm in the Channel at the min, off Ramsgate

Yes, I’m surprised I have got away without having my knee joint....on the crash leg .... replaced yet ......old age sucks
