Ours is quite well insulated ....but we don’t have double glazing .....having said that our thermostat very rarely needs to go above 21/22 degrees

Thank you ...I’m sure we will We’ve also got someone finally coming around to measure up for vertical blinds ....but Mr B can deal with the initial stuff ...and get over the pricing ....if he decides to have them I will choose the slats I want from samples

No Baz, mine are antique white wooden venetians ...Lynds had them though and I thought they were lovely, they sit nicer and don't go shabby like the fabric ones
