By the way ....I forgot to add to my blog ...when I had a shower ...to get the mud off....I didn’t realise until half way through that I could get it hot ...so I had a cold shower to start with ....I thought it was part of the treatment

I've done it two previous occasions before though and it's not nice.   Anyway, enough on that point

there's people worse off than me Ros, these poor people that are working and are on a pittance of a wage then having to claim the new Universal Credit...a lot are going to end up on the streets and kids in care. I don't know how much more they can put on the poorest in society before it all goes ballistic.
