It's London, cheap at half the price...you know that it's the centre of the universe so prices are sky high

I actually saw the message in print today about the extra receptionists  

The Tate Modern is a Gallery....not a house  The plans looked lovely, I hope they don;t go down this route

these two have wasted so much space with the outside, they could have still had room outside and had another master suite downstairs and two doubles upstairs with one shared bathroom...I've renovated so many houses I should have done their plans

I can do older stuff, I love Dolly's house for instance but they have compromised so much on the inside for the outside. It's fecking London, they are gonna be sitting outside filling their lungs with crap
