And it ain't set to get any better. The girls I work with that could take up some of the slack re phones and window and letters (now completely Court Admin rather than probation service) set to move into another room leaving me on my own in Reception from October 2nd  

It was being trialled today, as all requests for letters and stuff from Om's have to come through a general mailbox, it all got a bit overwhelming TBH.  And yes, I know the girls were there to still help me out but the scale of things to come is horrendous......and all for just above minimum wage....£7.65 an hour 

Honestly, my ear was starting to hurt round about 3pm by the amount of phone calls I'd taken and put the phone to my ear
