I missed a bloody talk last week with Anne Cleeves, Dolly said she was lovely and she is pleased with Brenda Blethyn...but once you sign on the dotted line they more or less have control and they even change murderers

the red tartan, yes. She told Dolly when she first sold Vera she was just starting off and had nothing so they hired a 4x4 to make it look as if they had money. Her hubby didn't know how to drive it and the scriptwriter sitting in the back got car sickness with his awful driving

Exactly !!! I've seen loads go for smaller mistakes than she made ...and bliddy risotto looked rank....and hardly haute cuisine
