I think that's what mine is ...cos I'm constantly bunged up and having to clear my throat ....and sometimes my ears get blocked too

Yes , mine has been getting worse over the years ....defo worse first thing in the morning ...,especially if I lay on my back ...

exactly Baz, I've seen my gran and daughter not being able to even lift their heads because of the pain, ours is just darned annoying, Ros has my every sympathy
