it was a horrible day Ros, I have so many relatives in Whitehaven...my neice drove by the the taxi drivers body and thought they had been fighting and then went Morrisons and it went into lockdown  I was in panic all day until we found out all they were all safe, my ex sister in law worked for the solicitor he murdered

yes and so many people we knew or knew relatives of the people he murdered Mining town everyone knows everyone else, so we all knew someone that was hurt or involved in his rampage

even though Whitehaven evokes some terrible memories for me with it being my hometown, I think Dunblane must be the worst gun rampage in the UK.... the sadness of that day will never leave us
